Kepemimpinan Yosua: Model Kepemimpinan Berbasis Iman dan Ketaatan

Abstract

Leadership based on faith and obedience to God, as exemplified in the Book of Joshua, is a very relevant model for today's leaders. As Moses' successor, Joshua demonstrated that successful leadership depended on obedience to God's will and unwavering faith, not just on personal ability over worldly strategies. This research uses a literature study method with a qualitative descriptive approach, with journals as the main source. The results of this research are to apply the importance of leadership to acting with integrity, prioritizing the welfare of others, and always seeking guidance in decision making. Leadership is often identified with strong principles, kindness, obedience, prosperity, and high morality. The results of this research indicate that leadership has a complementary role in creating a natural balance. This article helps us to show that leadership is a call for every people to live a true and loving life
