From the fall of man into sin, man experienced moral decay and a damaged self-image before God. God took the initiative to restore the relationship with man through the redemptive work of Christ. Through the redemption of Christ, man who was originally a sinner is justified by the grace of God. In this day and age, there is much discussion about the redemption of Jesus Christ and the impact of His redemptive work. This study is a literature research. With the aim that believers can correctly interpret the work of redemption carried out by Christ on the cross. And the redemption done by Christ is for everyone and salvation and eternal life are obtained by believing in Christ.
