Kajian Dogmatis tentang Pemahaman Penyataan Allah di Abad XXI: Sebuah Analisis Komparatif Pengakuan Iman Gereja Belanda (PIGB) dan Pengakuan Iman Westminster

Abstract

In living life as a believer, of course you need teachings that can then become a guide in carrying out life as believers. The teaching that is needed, should also be a teaching that can have an empirical meaning of meetings and being aware of God’s presence. In this teaching, the Bible must have the highest authority as the holy and divine word of God. Through this research, which then used the literature study research method, to produce literature guidelines as comparasion material in discussing the concept of God revelation in particular, by comparing the two confessions of faith which later became very well known confessions, none other than the Dutch Chruch’s Confession of Faith (PIGB) and the Westmisnter Confession of Faith. In this case, then the point of the culmination of the paradigm, that the introduction of God throughthe Bible must be emphasized, which then the confession of faith, wants to have the authority for the purpose of athorough explanation, to then show the actual projection. In understanding to analyze confession, a Good understanding is needed, to then digest the reality of the dogmatic menaning itself.
